When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We process your order right away. We will normally dispatch your order in 1 business day.

If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.

Taxable items have 17.5% VAT (sales tax) added.

Privicy Policy

If you choose to pay using Paypal, all transactions including credit card payments will be processed through Paypal Pro. This means that your Credit Card transaction will be processed directly and securely by Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this payment method. You could of course use your paypal account instead if you have one.

If you choose to make payment using the EKMPower secure checkout, your card details will be held securely on the EKMPower server for a short while until your payment is processed. Those details will then be promptly deleted. We will not store any credit or debit card information ourselves. Rest assured that as soon as your payment is processed, your card details will be permanently deleted.
